1. About this site

This website is operated by BuildX ("BuildX", "we", "us"). BuildX designs and manufactures unattended vending machines, including the NutriVend protein shake dispenser. These Terms apply to your use of this website and to every NutriVend machine installation listed on it, at buildx.in/nutrivend/<machine ID>.

2. Who you're paying

Each NutriVend machine is independently owned and operated by the individual or gym listed on that machine's page. When you pay at a machine, you are paying that operator directly for the shake dispensed — not BuildX. BuildX manufactures and sells the hardware and has no role in collecting, holding, or processing any payment made at a machine.

3. Using a machine

• Payment is collected upfront via the QR code shown on the machine's display, before the shake is dispensed.
• The shake is prepared and poured immediately after payment is confirmed.
• Machines are provided as-is at the time of use; operators are responsible for the ingredients, hygiene, and maintenance of their own machine.

4. Product information

Product descriptions, pricing, and flavors shown on a machine's page reflect that specific installation and may vary between machines and locations.

5. Limitation of liability

BuildX is not responsible for the operation, hygiene, ingredient quality, or customer service of any individual machine — these are the responsibility of the operator listed on that machine's page. This website provides information only and does not process any transactions itself.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or any NutriVend machine after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
